Wrapping ads in DCAR

We're having some issues with Adverts in DCAR — can we push through a change with the commercial team so that we have a way or targeting the Figure's that wrap Ads. We can't distinguish these elements from other Image figures / atom figures on the page. Would need it before launching tomorrow as it effects some Priority 1 pieces

There is an existing PR for this from Charlotte Emms. Let's make sure we are doing the right thing here.
