Allow descriptions for each response in UVerb

Similar to Description and Summary at API level, it would be nice if each response of UVerb could optionally have a description field. This would be helpful in producing swagger docs.

@akshaymankar This limitation is lifted by using the newly-released MultiVerb. Would you mind giving it a try?
