Drainei lack racial skills

Hello! When creating a character of a new class, draenei do not have racial skills.
I tried to solve it myself, but I couldn’t add drainei’s racial skills without adding it to the “PlayerStart.CustomSpells” function... For people, everything works... Perhaps not only drainei was affected by this.

those spells don't get applied, but it's an easy fix (just the first mysql query - the pastebin down there is for a rage version of arcane torrent).
