Attention existing users: This commit incorporates whisperfish/presage@ed01168 which follows whisperfish/presage@adbfc0a which deprecates the directory-based local datastore. Now all your local data will be stored in a single sqlite database file. There is no migration mechanism. Re-linking is mandatory.
