add alternative hypercerts view in ownership table

add a toggle to switch the ownership table to a view where all included hypercerts are shown below the hyperboard similar to the explore page. I.e. we can switch between these two views.

@holkexyz I added this, but upon revisiting the QA document this was actually marked as 'ignore for now'. Verifying if we should remove the ready status?
