Problem with stattrak

As above - I have a problem with recording kills in the stattrak system. Yesterday I did an update of the site hoping that the problem would be solved - nothing. At the moment there are no any ideas how I can solve this problem.

Can you elaborate a bit more? How's you api key configured in the database (make sure to not show it, only scope column)?

Ok, looks right. What does POST /api/increment-item-stattrak return to your request sending the api key, user ID and item Unique ID?

@ianlucas We've confirmed the issue was caused by our configuration — Cloudflare was blocking the requests due to its security settings. After making the necessary adjustments, everything is working correctly now. Thanks for your help 👌

@ianlucas After checking on the test environment, we decided to make changes on the main CS2 servers. Unfortunately, on the main servers ST still does not work.

This error indicates that the request was not authorized by the API (see here), so check if invsim_apikey is using the correct api key for making requests to your prod Inventory Simulator's API.

We solved the problem. The configuration of the plugin on the server set up by pterodactyl (test server), and the server kept directly on the game hosting differed. After decompiling the plugin, checking it, ST works and its stats save. Nevertheless, thank you for your time!
