"Surprise Me On Startup" using fixed color based on project name.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I really like "Surprise Me On Startup" feature since it save me from configure colors.
One thing that bother me is that the color is not predictable.

Could the color generation algorithm be something generated from project name? So the color can be more predictive. like this
