Enable lease counting on konnectivity

This means we can get rid of the lease counter thingy on k0s side and "just" set those flags on konnectivity.

So we can get rid of some code 🎉 Removing code makes me happy 😄

The docs for this are bit haze unfortunately, so one might need to actually read the upstream PR (which I didn't yet)

How I read that PR is:
konnectivity-server needs to add --enable-lease-controller flag
agents, managed by k0s via daemonset, needs to add --count-server-leases and probably --server-lease-selector

When those are set, we should be able to delete the leasecounter in k0s which essentially does the same thing.
