it doesn't work on windows 11

for win 11 there's no background and the work space doesn't work too
I forced the color to show up but couldn't recreate the same shape and I added some animation to hide the notch automatically and to show up on hover
I added a ping Module too /ping.ini is assets with the ability to add the server and the ping rate
it's an amazing project I wanted to recreate the mac notch and this is the closest one to be in windows
