conformance test docs refer to wrong windows e2e test name

https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-architecture/conformance-tests.md#windows--linux-considerations says:

Tests may be scheduled for any PR with the bot command /test pull-kubernetes-e2e-aks-engine-azure-windows.

but that test no longer exists.

So someone needs to figure out the equivalent current test (pull-kubernetes-e2e-capz-windows-master maybe?) and update that.

But also, when you figure out which test to run, maybe update the run_if_changed for it in test-infra to include test/conformance/testdata/conformance.yaml so it gets run automatically?
