Cover certificate lifecycle in ACM documentation

Description

The ACM module is currently not covering how the lifecycle of certificates (received from UCL and used for 3rd party application authentication) is managed.

AC:

• Extend the documenation of ACM to include the lifecycle of the certificates which are generate by UCL and used to establish trust between Kyma and the 3rd party system

Reasons

Certificate Lifecycle is not described in the ACM documentation.
