channel.backup not sync

I'm managing the LND backup with inotify scripts but i noticed that channel.backup file doesn't change each transaction.
Is there any parameter to set in lnd.ini to keep sync the channel statuses and channel.backup file?

The channel.backup file is an emergency recovery tool. Not a state backup (I wish a different name was chosen for it), so it is only updated on channel creation or closure. See https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/blob/master/docs/safety.md#static-channel-backups-scbs.

Oh sorry you're right, do you think is safe to backup channel.db each transaction, so in case of failure a can restore everything without force a channel close? Or in some case RAM and Filesystem couldn't be not syncd (designed in LND)?

What happen if i restore channel.backup and ask other channel peers to launch a force close, they can ignore it and i can be stuck with locked funds?
