Create a CSP + Church report grouped by Schools for Church Research

As a District Coordinator, after creating a number of new churches using the "Find Closest Churches" button, I would like to be able to review all my churches to begin doing church research.

Notes:

• Report Type will likely need to be Account with Church School Partnerships based on the Church lookup field on the CSP
• Grouped by Schools
• Sorted by Created Date and then sorted by Distance

Filter:

• Created by viewer of report

Grouping:

• School (on CSP)

Sorting:

• First by Created Date
• Second by Distance (on CSP)

Report Columns:

• CSP Name (on CSP)
• Distance (on CSP)
• Church Name (on Church Account)
• Website (on Church Account)
• Google Maps Listing (on Church Account)
• Google Maps Rating (on Church Account)
• Number of Ratings (on Church Account)
• Phone (on Church Account)
