Network installer

We have always tried to keep the ISO size down to a minimum, but it keeps growing as certain project become larger. We would also like to support tftp-based installs where some parts can be customizable; enter network based installer! The idea is quite simple, the pre-compiled release packages will be downloaded from the Internet instead of being stored on the ISO.

This should also make it possible to add your own packages if you host your own package mirror.

You still want to do this? Just wondering since the ISO is now too big to fit on a CD-ROM any more.

Not that anyone really still uses CD-ROMs, mind.
