V1.4.7: Added first version of KNetConnect

This release introduces KNetConnect to run Apache Kafka Connector written in .NET and updates and fixes the following:

• KNet: removed implementation of KNetCore<T>, plus moved some stuff in other components
• KNetCLI: removed management of Apache Kafka Connect and added local KNetCLICore
• KNetConnect: first version
• KNet Templates: updated templates to have a local implementation of generic KNetCore<T>
• KNet for PowerShell (aka KNetPS): added local KNetPSCore
