Nodejs doesn't detect the index of the mercadopago module, because it is in dist/src/index.js. This problem is in the NPM distribution in version 2.0.2. I was able to solve it by modifying the package.json in main and types with the correct address.

Thank you very much for your message, and indeed there was a bug in this version, we uploaded the correction to version 2.0.3 of the library, and deprecated the version 2.0.2.
