Mailing lists in 00whois.xml are treated like regular PAUSE users

The file `00whois.xml` contains two types of entry: PAUSE users and mailing lists.

MetaCPAN is importing the file and treating everything as a regular user, so mailing lists get an author page for example.

I don't know all the ramifications for MetaCPAN, but possibly mailing lists just shouldn't be imported, or at least shouldn't get author pages.
