Looks like GitHub Personal Access Token is missing a few steps

1. Instead of a token with no expiration date, we should recommend one for limited days eg: 60 days [ which todays conveniently coincide with the duration of AI Skills fest 😊]

2. Crucially, this can also be a teachable moment for newbies and educated them on Least Prvilege Access [LPA] in action by restircting access to this token only to this forked repository in their account.

3. Finally, we point to the set of permissions we need for these lessons [Right now I have only chosen Read-only access to GitHub Models...will update as I progress across the lessons]
