Anthropic Structured Output

Great to see anthropic models supported. However it seems the autogen framework does not support Claude structured outputs. Looks like Claude models do support structured output though, through the use of tool calling: https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/build-with-claude/tool-use/overview#json-output & https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/build-with-claude/tool-use/overview#json-mode

Would love to see the integrated in the near future!
