Generate Sponge + MCP / Sponge + Plugin mixin projects

Considering the setup procedure to setup MCP and plugin mixins using Gradle can be a bit difficult it would be nice if MCDev could automatically configure a project with a Vanilla MCP workspace and optionally also plugin mixins configured.
