I have a question.
Is it no longer possible to evaluate the affinity of any peptides and CDR3 as before in version2? We would appreciate it if you could let us know.

When using the NetTCR-2.0 server (https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/service.php?NetTCR-2.0), it is possible to predict the binding of a TCR to one of the three peptides (GIL, GLC, NLV).

When using the code in this repo, it is possible to train and test a new NetTCR model and, in principle, one could input any desired peptide.

Thanks for working on this tool. I am curious to understand the rationale for only supporting those three peptides. Was a particular accuracy threshold used to pick those? Or are those the ones you had validation data for? Going through the NetTCR 2.0 paper but not seeing that mentioned. Thanks again.
