Support for ResourceLink

I would like to explore what support for ResourceLinks would look like.

I'm actually not certain. Perhaps when a ResourceLink is supplied, we render a literal link that will load that resource in the resources tab?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe we do nothing?

How are people using Resource Links right now?. From integrating elicitation support yesterday I noticed UI in debugger will always look different to UI in chat interface. So perhaps now is a good time to revisit your suggestion to add a chat tab to the inspector, so we can think about the debugging perspective but also a "real use" perspective
