Most of the recipes that use either rolling mill aren't shown in JEI

Create 1.21.1-6.0.6
CreateAddition-1.4.2
JEI 1.21.1-neoforge-19.21.2.313

Additional context

• Mod version: 1.4.2
• NeoForge version: 21.1.186
• Create version: 6.0.6
