docker-netbox in the windows 10

**Is it possible to export the image from docker -netbox to run windows 10? Has anyone done this? I have errors in the database:

django.db.utils.OperationalError: could not translate host name "postgres" to address: Try again
[ Use DB_WAIT_DEBUG=1 in netbox.env to print full traceback for errors here ]**
