Website is not indexed properly on google

There seems to be a few reasons based on the report from google.

• Pages with redirect
• Crawled, not indexed
• Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user |

This may be fixed by #71. I think we basically need to wait and see if it works once the pages are re-crawled.
