MELODIC exits gracefully even when it actually crashed

Current FMRIPREP master is broken with this error in MELODIC:

An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: index error: requested index = 2

MatrixType = Rect   # Rows = 1; # Cols = 1

however, the node reports that it ended correctly.

Not in FMRIPREP, but it seems that MELODIC exits with zero code even with errors
