Improve getting started experience

I'm still using yarn2nix, mainly because:

- it has a good getting started README, no steps are missing (how do I get shrinkwarp.yaml?)
- it ships yarn2nix with nixpkgs

I think once those two are solved, many folks like me will consider giving pnpm2nix a try :)
