Archive old edition of cookbook?

While working on this project at the DISC Unconference, we realized there is another repo with an earlier version of the cookbook:

This page is still served at https://discover-cookbook.github.io/

Can we connect to that community and figure out how to either archive that repo or show a warning to say there are new versions of this content?

I’ve implemented a notification banner for the older version of the DISCOVER Cookbook https://discover-cookbook.github.io/, which displays a clear warning that users are viewing outdated content.

Banner Features:

• Prominently visible at the top of the page
• Notifies users the page is outdated
• Includes a direct link to the latest version
• Fully responsive across devices

This is part of my proposal for the versioning system, and I’m happy to share a demo video of the implementation .
