I can add the Pac man rule, but I need to confirm whether i should add a decent file explaining how the rule works or a working model?
can you help me out to understand it better?

This seems to be a good case for adding a chapter on writing participant codes of conduct for an event. Similar to #255

We might consider a new chapter on this rather than pushing it into the current chapter structure.
