Windows计划中选择一条龙快捷方式时候会弹窗报错：

failed to open json
filefailed to open pyvenv.cfg
filefailed to open create process

然而直接点击快捷方式不会报错，用Windows计划来自动启动就会出现上述报错。

我的两台电脑都出现了一模一样的问题
