[Style] Only X.Y version shown - Remove version number from window title; add full version in About

The version number shown in the app is X.Y (not X.Y.Z) in both the window and the About pop-up.

This can be annoying to users because they cannot verify which exact version they have within the app itself.

I propose these changes:

• Remove version number completely from window title
• Add full version X.Y.Z in About pop-up
