OAuth2 protocol support

As modern services are migrating to OAuth2 protocol - shouldn't this be added to OKAPI?

It's worth noting that PLAINTEXT signature method (which is enabled for HTTPS connections) simplifies OAuth 1.0 somewhat. I think I have implemented it before I left (but didn't document it in public docs, I think).
