Things like:
- Is it still being developed?
- Is there an existing community for the project?
- Are there coding guidelines / build instructions to get started
- Are there issues at the appropriate skill level for the contributor
After reading the content, the reader should have a good idea how to go about looking for a project and determining if it is a good fit for their skill level and interests.
