Bump version checklist

Checklist to bump a version for emacs-eask/cli.

⚠️ Before you change the versioning of the files:

• Run npm publish (this is important)

Good to go:

• package.json
• package-lock.json (use npm install to update)
• Easkfile
• .github/workflows/build.yml
• eask
• packaging/checksum.yml
• packaging/debian_update.yml

We need to update all information in these files!

After commitment:

• eask.el (Bump version after build.yml run once)
  • Make sure the action build.yml is run first
  • Make a release (usually the snapshot version is the latest version)
  • Bump version for the next release
• Go to packaging repo and publish the new version! 🎉
  • First run the action checksum.yml
