Incorrect formula in the "Exact Solutions" section of the differential equations chapter #129

Description

@WarrenWeckesser

In the first table in the "Exact Solutions" section of the differential equations chapter, the formula for the exact solution of a linear system uses a sum instead of an integral. The source line is

$$\frac{dy}{dx} + P(x)y = Q(x)$$ | $$y=e^{-\sum_{x_0}^xP(x)dx}(y_0 + \sum_{x_0}^xQ(x)e^{\sum_{x_0}^xP(x)dx}dx)$$
)
