UI does not update after WS `kChangeStationVolume` was called

To repro:

1. Send kChangeStationVolume;
2. Open frequency settings;
3. See that volume bug still in last posiion set by yourself;
4. See that volume has really changed in kFrequencyStateUpdate.

If that helps, I`ve had this issue when volume was changed while frequency settings were open (even after settings were closed and openned again afterwards).

I assume this is not sending a NAPI message to the UI?
