[Bug]: Discord Invite Link Expired or Invalid

Describe the bug

Clicking on the "Join Discord Server" link on the portfolio website leads to an error message indicating that the invite is invalid. This prevents users from accessing the Discord community or resources associated with the portfolio.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Home Page
2. Click on "Join Discord Server" button
3. See error

Expected behavior

Clicking on the "Join Discord Server" link should redirect users to the intended Discord server successfully, allowing them to join without encountering errors.
