General handling of Note columns in Janno and SSF

With Poseidon 3.0.0 we intend to switch to an implicit rule for *_Note fields. We generally allow and encourage them, and treat them with special behaviour in trident forge and trident init, where Note columns are introduced in the places where we currently have them in 2.7.1.

For trident init we could introduce a new option ´--additionalJannoColumnswhich by default containsRelation_Note,Date_Note,Contamination_Note` and users could add more.
