Sometimes the classic menu style `mce_menustyle 1` does not trigger.

Hello, im using mce_menustyle 1 since this avoids people from mindlessling voting something to get the menu out of their faces.

I've tried using the skipping method for certain slots, but people are too stubborn to press the "no vote" button, so they just spam the first map on the list, but so far, the best way to avoid mindless voting is using the classic menu.

The issue is that, sometimes, this menu doesn't appear to some players, they dont even seem to see the notification on the top left corner, "you pending menu, press ESC" or even the popup when they go to the main menu.
