Flaky test: `TestSummaryDecay `

Although we haven't seen failures on main, several PRs are currently failing the test TestSummaryDecay:

• examples: Follow best practices and established naming conventions #1650
• Add: exponential backoff for CAS operations on floats #1661
• Faster h.findBucket(v) #1662
• add example for dbstatscollector #1659

Let's fix that to unblock all the amazing contributions :)
