Users/ those reviewing the PLN content need up to date numbers and information about the structure & resources in the PLN

Describe the problem
Current content needs some re-organization to help build understanding on PL & PLN
Some of the numbers about the size of the network need updating
Current ordering of content doesn't make a ton of sense
Need to update links to resources like ecosystem and spaceport
