@shaunagm @ewdurbin @meg-ray I have filtered out the most critical bugs and issues and these issues also cover some duplicate issues related to them, I'm working on all these issues, looking forward to your response and PR reviews 😄

Hi @Mr-Sunglasses. As far as I can tell, there is no active maintainer of education.python.org... and it appears the forum is just 100% spam right now :/

I think I'd sooner "un-deploy" the service until a committed team of maintainers exist, than use time and effort on the issues identified.

Unless @shaunagm or @meg-ray object, I think I'll disable education.python.org next week and close this issue.

I would be happy to maintain a simple static version, hosted on GitHub pages, that links to the discourse forum.

I built the initial version of the site in early 2021 but haven't been involved since. My opinion shouldn't have any weight - that said, I'd be happy to see it get maintained again!
