Snitch stub requirement for integration in other systems. #42
Description
The DMA frontend requires necessarly the export of all the Snitch cluster bindings even if it is not functional for a given system integration. This implies that, as a temporary fix, it is necessary to generate the dependency list by including the -t snitch_cluster target as input to bender to not incur in compilation failures.
