add a profile class to configure access to puppetdb metrics #152
Description
As of v2.5.0 there is no profile class available to deploy collecting puppetdb metrics on monolithic PE 2019.8.6 installation
puppet_metrics_dashboard::profile::puppetdb is not a class and has to have a wrapper around it
