Merge open PRs into pypdf_table_extraction

Before we do all of the renamings, we should make sure that we take the big changes.

camelot-dev#353 was merged and should be part of this codebase already. There are others, though: https://github.com/camelot-dev/camelot/pulls

Looks like there are a few PRs waiting to be merged in this repo.

How can we help? Is there a priority order for items that the community can pick.

Open new PR's.
There are some places where coverage can be increased. Or perferomance optimized.
There are also 2 bigger PR's in the old repo to consider (see my previous 2 comments)

Idk, my best guess for a sequence is:

• Merge open PR's from old repo here. (mostly small pr's)
• Setup readthedocs Setup Documentation generation (readthedocs) #2
• Rebrand the packagehttps://github.com/Rebrand the package  #9
• Enable codecov Enable Codecov on this repo #29
• Support python 3.12 [MRG] Python 3.12 #44
• add typing Add typing for camelot/backends #12
• Check / improve changelog (Should reflect this rebooth)
• Improve coding / Enforce / reactivate coding standards / dev tools (flake8,ruff, linters and what not.)
• Merge bigger/possibly breaking pr of Reflect camelot in pypdf_table_extraction namespace #11
• update / improve documentation
• Make new release
• Extract the repo Detach/extract pypdf_table_extraction fork #6

@foarsitter Which decisions are you refering to? There is not a lot of movement here (yet..)
