Description
#15716 implemented the changes necessary to enable the feature, but none of the details are surfaced anywhere in the Admin UI.
Likely should be in https://github.com/pypi/warehouse/blob/66b67309431e5726a82c867f74bbcd43a5b50bbf/warehouse/admin/templates/admin/projects/detail.html#L1-L0 somewhere
Open Question: Should an admin be allowed to override/remove this value from a Project?
