What's the problem this feature will solve?
When admins/support have more questions from org applicants, we have to scroll up to click on "Request Info" again, instead of being able to continue the conversation right at the bottom of the original chat/message. Having a "Reply Back" button would be incredibly helpful as often times, more clarify is needed from users responding back to admin/support regarding their org apps. Even if it takes "seconds", it adds up in terms of time, and saving any amount of time is useful.

A "Reply Back" button near the bottom of an ongoing chat/message with org applicants will be helpful.
