Bottom-up direction in segmentation

I have segmented some pages like this:

eynollah layout -di UUL_O_Hebr._29 -o outputs -m ./models_eynollah -slro -ncl 1 -ncu 1 -r2l

(I'm pretty sure the -r2l flag was ignored because of the -slro flag)

I'm not sure why the order of my lines is bottom-up, any idea?
