Better visualization of more complex metadata (e.g. spectral bands, data cubes, histograms, and ML label overviews)
This could be done for mostly all fields that have the "custom" flag in stac-fields set to true, e.g. spectral bands, data cubes, histograms, and ML label overviews.
At least for histograms, a change in stac-fields may be required.
