Not check if Redis server is available

1. redis server is not start, but use the mcp-redis connect is success

2. When call tool fails, return reponse.isError = false should return reponse.isError=true

could you confirm that our understanding is correct? You see two issues with the server:

Issue 1
When the Redis server is not available (did not start correctly) the MCP server claims to connect successfully?
Can you let us know if the Redis server never started in the first place, or was available initially but then stopped?
What is the exact steps to reproduce?

Issue 2
When there is an issue with the call we never mark the response as an error
